Our History

Government Personnel Financial Services, LLC was founded in 1988 in Aiea, Hawaii as an Independent Financial Services Firm.

Co-founded by Gary and Catherine Ward with the vision of partnering with large and well respected companies to offer the highest quality products and services  for all Military and Federal Service Members.   For over 25 years, GP Financial has provided free financial consultation to our Military and Federal Service employees  with the highest level of honesty and integrity.    We are proud of our ZERO complaint record with all reporting agencies.
